Based on the Warhammer 40k Astartes Mark Vb Godwyn Pattern Bolter, this Warhammer cosplay prop is built mainly from EVA foam (eg main gun body, magazine) with 3D printed components (eg muzzle, Aquila emblem) and resin cast items (eg laser sight, round pieces). The sturdy plastic grip means you can get a firm grasp on your weapon without your power armour damaging it. It is affixed to the bolter with a short aluminium rod. The hex nuts are metal.

The foam sections of this Warhammer Bolter is sealed with Rosco FlexBond and the whole Bolter airbrush painted with acrylic paints.

The magazine is friction fit and may hold small items such as cash/keys/card, or snacks, or other small personal effects of choice. Perhaps you could also load your weapon with Bolter rounds.

The Warhammer 40k Bolter has been resized to be more manageable by a normal human, coming in at approx 56cm/22″ long.

This Warhammer cosplay Bolter is available in 2 formats;
1. Kit: Raw resin casts pieces needing clean up, 3D parts already sanded and smoothed with automotive filler primer but need a final sanding down. Foam gun body sealed. Assembly and painting needed. Contact me to discuss purchasing this Warhammer Bolter in kit form.
2. Finished: Assembled, painted, weathered.

Included in each order are 2 Warhammer 40k wax purity seals (check it out here – https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/766356667/warhammer-40k-purity-seal), cast in polyurethane resin. They are approx 4.5x5cm in size. The Finished product option the wax purity seal will be painted. The Kit product options it will be a fresh cast for you to paint.

Note: As this is a hand crafted item, appearance (eg weathering effect, final colour tone inc different brands of paint) may vary.
