Made mostly from stiff extra high density HardLite EVA foam (shore hardness 60, density of 200lg/m3 compared to standard HD foam; shore hardness 55, density 180kg/m3), with an aluminium rod through the center, this Dawnguard Skyrim cosplay axe is both con-safe and durable. Being made from HD foam, this Dawnguard cosplay axe means is lightweight at approx 680g/24oz and the Dawngard axe will not cause muscle fatigue when strutting around your local cosplay convention in your Skimrim cosplay.

Sealed with flexible HexFlex primer and painted with acrylic paints, any potential wrinkles your Skyrim cosplay axe might endure in your convention battles against the Odourised can be minimise with gentle application of heat.

The filigree of the Dawnguard war axe head was cut with a laser cutter for crisp accurate details.
