A Warhammer Laspistol design inspired by the Kantrael pattern lasgun. This Warhammer Laspistol is approximately 29cm/11.4″ long and is primarily cast with polyurethane resin (main body, sights, muzzle, handle) with a few 3D printed parts (rare plate, battery/magazine ejection buttons), an aluminium sight tube, and steel screws. This Warhammer Laspistol has a nice weighty feel at approx 500 – 600 grams (17.6 – 21.2 oz).

Removable friction fit laspistol battery/magazine (but be careful it doesn’t wear off the paint during hurried reloads). Room has been made in the design for you to fit a couple of rare earth magnets if you decide your las pistol battery/magazine needs a more secure fit.

This is the RAW kit version of the Warhammer Laspistol I make. If you want a fully finished Warhammer Laspistol, it’s over here.

This kit does require a lot of work to get ready for assembly and painting. The main body has some flaws to grind, sand, fill and sand. The  bottom of the magazine is sometimes warped. But hey, I’ve managed to make several great looking finished Warhamer Laspistols using these molds.

In making this Warhammer Laspistol I tried to work in some “real world” features, such as main body shell seam lines, allowances for real metal screws, and a nice texture on the hand grip.

For this kit a grey resin is used for most parts. The handle is cast in pure black resin. The ejection buttons, magwell plates and rear plate are FDM 3D printed. The sight tube is real aluminium. Screws are real. From now on the front and wear sights will be resin 3D printed.
